The Second Trumpet
I met Nancy "Honeytree" Miller at a Christian Writers Conference back on 2004 and got to spend some time talking, singing, and playing the guitar a little with her. (As well as shedding a few tears - turned out we'd both recently experienced some tough baby situations). Anyway, she was a very nice Christian Lady! It wasn't until later that I read her bio and found out that she was an A-List Christian Artist! Talking to her since, she's shared some pretty neat stories about the Contemporary Christian Music movement that she helped start back in the 1970s. Today she's still very involved in sharing the Good News of the Kingdom with people all over the world.
That said, she still found time to read, and apparently enjoy, The Second Trumpet.
I enjoyed reading “The Second Trumpet” tremendously. It’s a fast moving, grab-a-hold-of-you story. Larry does a great job of weaving intense spiritual experiences into real world scenarios. Well done!
